Based on a traditional recipe known only by few people, “Matache Macelaru” mosaic salami is prepared with pork tongue, bacon skin, some pork meat and pork heart. Boiled, smoke-dried and covered with a natural membrane, its flavoured with a mix of garlic and pepper.
